Navigation Framework

Charter Terms & Conditions

Reservation & Confirmation: A bespoke charter is secured upon payment of a 50% deposit following signature of the standardized Mediterranean Yacht Brokers Association (MYBA) or French West Indies Charter Agreement. The remaining balance, along with the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), is payable 30 days prior to embarkation.

Captain's Prerogative & Safety: The licensed master (captain) retains absolute command regarding weather routing, passenger safety, anchorage selection, and navigation decisions. Itineraries may be adapted according to sea conditions and meteorological updates to ensure passenger comfort.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: In the event of force majeure or named meteorological warnings (tropical depressions, gale-force sea conditions verified by Météo-France), alternative dates or full refunds for unperformed sea time are honored under standard maritime charter protocols.
